Despite our high expectations, both Brittney and I were struck by the great craftsmanship and the desire to deliver a perfect home to us. Throughout the house there are so many examples of where Marten's craftsmen and subcontractors did what was better instead of "good enough", all without having to be asked to do so. At the end of the build they went so far as to have a crew spend a week testing every system, balancing every fan, oiling every hinge, etc. until the home was as close to perfect as it could be.
